Ingredients
- 0.5 cup tahini
- 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 3–5 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin (optional)

Add the tahini to a medium mixing bowl.

Whisk in the lemon juice until the mixture thickens.

Add the minced garlic and sea salt.

Gradually whisk in the cold water until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
