Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Medjool dates, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

    Combine the oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt in a saucepan.

    Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
