Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates
- 0.25 cup natural almond butter
- 3 oz (85 g) 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 0.25 tsp flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions

Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.

Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of almond butter.

Close the dates gently around the filling.

Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.

Dip each stuffed date halfway into the melted chocolate.

Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.

Immediately sprinkle with pistachios, walnuts, coconut, sesame seeds, and flaky sea salt if using.
