Ingredients

  • 4 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp sahlab powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

    In a saucepan, whisk together the cold milk and sahlab powder until completely smooth.

    Place over medium heat and stir constantly.

    Cook until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency, about 8–10 minutes.

    Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and orange blossom water.

    Remove from the heat.

    Pour into serving mugs.

    Top with chopped pistachios, shredded coconut, and ground cinnamon.
